UK Retirement Age is Enforcable

Neville Prior  25 September 2009 12:20:36 PM

Employers will of course welcome the ruling, as they see an ever declining position for them in the law. However, don't expect it to last, a review will come, and with an ever increasing life expectancy, and declining investment returns for pensions, things will change.
